The CAS has created an online listing of prior public discipline cases going back to 2013. This listing is in keeping with other organizations’ practices, including the American Academy of Actuaries, which reports disciplinary actions concerning all members. Each case was originally published in Actuarial Review as prescribed by the CAS Bylaws.
Having these disciplinary cases in one location makes them more accessible to members and other interested parties. The listings can also be a resource to volunteers teaching professionalism courses.
